I have been busy preparing for Cisco’s CCENT exam. As many of you know the CCENT is the first exam one takes to earn their CCNA certification. The plan is to pass the CCENT in January and pass the second exam to earn the coveted CCNA in February.
While preparing for Cisco’s CCENT exam I have been reading the ICND 1 study guide published by Sybex Publishing writte by the well respected Todd Lammie. Todd’s writing style ensures an enjoyable and informative read by the entry level job seeker as well as the seasoned IT pro. I have several Cisco routers and switches that I have set up on my home LAN which a variety of Linux servers are connected to.
There are many worthwhile YouTube videos for studying for the Cisco exams and the videos created by Ryan Beney are amazingly well done and very informative. His channel can be found here:
